Go back to the Glossary indexSatKitBKit B is a BOW which can see 7 degrees and/or 16 degrees east of the Internet satellite. It is used for DirecTV 101 , or for 110 (both Dish and DirecTV) all when the Internet satellite is SatMex5 at 117 degrees. The Kit B LNBs need extensions as can be seen below in the 101 degree position so that the LNB will clear the dish when down.
