ever since our F1 was installed we have had poor signal strength. Under 50 for 119 and no networks in Mexico not even very far south...like I wouldn't even receive in South Texas since where we were in Mexico wasn't even that far south. Anyway. our tech is useless (the one that installed it) yesterday DH caslled MOtosat and they helped him reset the Internet connection that tech couldn't even figure out with Motosat help. My question is who do I call for help on improving the DISH signal? Is it Hughes net, Datastorm, Motosat or ?? Called Dish and they sent out a technician that they said could work on any kind of unit...he got out of the truck and said "I'm not EVEN going to TOUCH that thing!" THis unit is only 8 months old and TV signal have stunk the whole time. Dealer has quit selling the units since their tech took 4 days to install the last one. I am afraid to have tech come near it. THANK YOU

What is the internet satellite you are assigned? Once you know that then you can check to see if the LNB was positioned correctly on the arm.
Have you inspected the TV BOW arm for any damage?

You cannot expect the BOW to work very well in Mexico. Even standard open face dishes won't go very far and the domes are nearly useless. The BOW might get you some service in the very N. parts of Mexico depending upon which internet satellite you are assigned to. Strangely enough, the combination of 117 and an "A" kit for 119 is not the best combination for Mexico but should work very well everywhere in the US. If you are on some other internet satellite, I believe that 99 and 127 are the only other 2 satellites that can be used with a universal BOW kit.
