Michael- I called hughes tech support and discovered that I didn't have an email account with them like I thought I did. He guided me through the process of setting up an account, we didn't complete the entire process of opening an account though because I wouldn't have been able to use my brucemc@bendnet.com if I had changed my settings the way he wanted me to do it. After I got my email address, user name and password I figured it was enough to get going based on the advice you guys had given me.
