Has anyone converted the MHDTV to Dish 1000.2 ?

Mitch at MotoSat says it costs $550 for the factory to do the conversion. They do not sell the needed parts for the conversion.

How about converting MHDTV to receive the current 3 sat direcTV HD signals?

Sorry, that one is not possible. The reflector and arm assembly is too heavy for the motor/gearing in the MHDTV and you need 119W for the Nomad. We can give you some trade in because we can convert the MHDTV to Dish Network or Bell for someone else. One good thing is that the base plate and wiring you have installed is the same for the HD-SL5 so converting is very easy except on the pocket book. Drop me an email or call if you want details.
