If you go to the signal meter on your DirecTV receiver (guessing DTV) what signal strength numbers are you seeing. Are you using an F1 with a BOW for your TV or another antenna. It has nothing to do with Hughes, the internet or your own network so we need to isolate.

Sorry, it IS Directv. The receiver has no meter. I'm using an F1 with a lipstick ant. Some channels are fine, some come & go(Pixel); some just search. The HN7000S page shows a SS of 68.

Have you repeaked the F1? Have you tried doing a bit of manual adjustments to see if you can get a better signal? Some number of 0's is normal but if you see all odd or all even transponders reading 0 then you have an issue with your LNB or cable connections.

You can check if the LNB is working on ODD/EVEN channels by going on your Receiver to the below channels by using the Remote Pad. Bar at bottom of screen will show up if good.
9501---101 Odd 9502---101 Even 9506---99B Odd 9507---99B Even 9508---103A Odd 9509---103A Even 9510---103B Odd 9511---103B Even 9512---110 Even 9513---119 Odd 9514---119 Even
Write down all the Numbers on the right EL, AZ & SK. Change the Degrees at the bottom from 0.50 too 0.20
Have your DTV receiver set on the "signal meters". Now move EL up/down and watch for change in signal. If no improvement put back to the number you wrote down. Then try the AZ or SK to improve TV signal.
Sometimes it doesn't take much and the Internet signal should still get you on line with a better TV signal.

Hi All, I've moved a couple times. Problem comes and goes. Seems most prevelant with the West coast network channels, with the exception of Fox in which both E&W are gone. I'm grandfathered in so I get both coasts of feeds. The E seem to always be there.
The only test screens it will give me are 9501 & 9502; 9501= sat A(101) Odd TXP 13v 9502= sat A(101) EVEN TXP 18v
Have a Transponder SS chart w/ a couple 50s, couple 20s, couple 60s, & a 48.
I'm a mac user so don't have access to the Admin. program.
Also don't have latest Sat Table installed.
Didn't try manual pointing because I was going to move, thought maybe new search, new location, would fix. This just started last week so I figured equipment failure of some sort.
I'm in Albuquerque where there is a Pro I've used before. Any thoughts before I give up and call him?

The Sat Table has to do with finding the correct satellite and would not affect fine tuning.
The SS numbers are a little low so it could be a weak lipstick LNB.
