What kind of problems are you having? Have you done the most recent software update?
You want to back the sensors off 1 1/2 turns from the all the way in position.

Does this happen during the test dish, during a search or both? Do you have the Nomad programmed for the correct antenna? From a stowed position does the antenna raise all the way to the top and then skew to one side and quit or does something else (more or less) happen?

Has this ever worked since the rebuild? You should check you owners manual and confirm that the Nomad is setup for the type of antenna it is attached to.

yes it has worked sometimes. I understand it has a problem in wind with the direct converter in line with controller. the last time i found sat. and stowed it and it went on back and full skew and stopped. Im going to check and set all sensors to a turn and 1/2 and try that. thanks darol Im in western OK. where wind blows 490 days a year.

bill I found my skew sensor was intermittent. Changed it and cured most of my problems. Now the only problem is when in search mode it goes to last known, but will not move from there until i do test dish then it will stow and then when i search it locks on sat, Seems like a software prob. to me???????? did download but did not cure. darol
