The last two days I have setup my tripod DW7000 and forced ranged and have been online with the system light off. Today I was online before the force ranging was started.

I use the DSSat tool before ponting.

You were online and able to surf with the system light off !? Just four light? If so then maybe the LED is blown.

That is what I was thinking. So I turned power off and back on, all five light lite up.

It isn't normal now with four lights. I can only get on Hughes Mail, my wife gets online with her computer.

I called Hughes and they sending a HS7000 modem.

The only way she can get on is for me to run through pointing, pass CrossPol and exit. Other times it isn't passing CPol.

With just 4 lights lit, what does it say on the Hughes System Status page? Where are there red flags?

Hey Bill, there was a couple red flags. Now if I try to get into Systems Control now it knocks me off and says CPol is off.

I'm on 117 - 990.

This morning after a short move, all five lights came and a systems restore on my laptop got this computer back online.

Will still be getting a new modem from Hughes.
