I have tried to download and install the ebay tool bar from the ebay site and continue to get the message that it was not installed, which is correct as it won't download. Any ideas as to what is wrong? I have tried changing proxy settings and everything else I could think of with no luck. I am wondering if it is or could be a DirecWay Proxy Server issue? 4000 series modems so probably not a 6000 related issue!

Any help will be appreciated.

Hopefully Mike Gast will see this - you might try direct contact otherwise. Since he is ex-motosat tech and current e-bay support he would be perfect to troubleshoot it!
