Parking lot of Cummins NW, in Pendleton, OR. Not sure for how long but at least until we get our motor fixed.... Engine cooling fan decided it wanted to depart the motor home and find a home in pieces on the Interstate - this for the third time in a year! Signal quality 60, signal strength 686.

We are currently at home on Badger Mountain, just barely northeast of Wenatchee WA, just about in the middle of the state. Signal quality of 49 and signal strength of 494. We're happy!

Wow, 49 is getting a bit low. I will have a take a look on the map to see where that is but my guess is that you are approaching the edge of the footprint.

Now in Renton, WA, at another Cummins NW parking lot! Signal quality 51, signal strength 686. At least it works here in the SEA area. Hope to move to Bothell, a little farther North either tomorrow or early next week.

At Lake Pleasant RV Park, in Bothell, WA. Signal quality 42, signal strength 684. I think I've pushed the Northern limit of SatMex 6 here. The rest of our travels will take us farther south and then back to the east. It shouldn't be necessary to update this particular thread any longer as the intent was to determine if SatMex 6 works this far north - on the west coast. Hope this has been helpful.

Thanks for the report. This had been very helpful. It appears that SM6, at least on that transponder, has a slightly better footprint in the NW than SM5 does. They are still similar but SM5 would not have worked as far N. as Bothell.
