After nine months in the covered garage I hit the road. I tried to raise the antenna but get the Elavation motor stall error 65. Before I take the covers off, is there anything I should try from the ground? What should I be looking for if I have to remove the covers?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The same issue was discussed in this thread a couple of weeks ago.

Update on my problem. Tried to use the manual controls to move the azimuth and skew. They also gave a stalled motor error. Decided it must be the D3 controler, replaced that unit and all is good. Opened the D3 and found one of the MOSFET transistors was smoked. It is an International Rectifier FZ48NS surface mount device, so will try to get a replacement from Digikey. D3 mother board was damaged under the failed device so not sure repair is possible as it appears the copper has lifted.
