I installed hnFAP-Alert and it indicates connecting but never connects.I have Hn7000s with a wireless router.Has anyone had this problem ? I have rebooted the HN7000s.

Modem and laptop have both been restarted.No D3,modem type is 7000 and I turned firewall off temporary.I was not able to go to http://192.168.0.1/fap_meter/ or http://192.168.0.1/fap meter/.My system porvider is Xplornet.

I recall reading elsewhere that Xplornet customers get shortchanged on a number of things (as do other VAR customers, but not this particular one).
Since the information is not in the modem, the program can't work, sorry. It is a big enough deal that I would certainly be complaining to Xplornet!

I was referring to a link on the left side bar of the System Status Screen. There should be several clickable links there. If the download status link is not there then you are done.

I would like to thank Don and Bill for your efforts to solve problem.I have used the PC-OPI and it works great but the DSSat Tool will not work with Xplornet.So when we move I must reinstall.
