Today I had the second auto stow in as many days. It was raining today, but very lightly. Still in Southern Saskatchewan.

As before, the dish stowed and again searched, peaked and ACP'ed without any intervention on my part.

I checked the Server Configuration and "Motion Stow" is not checked. I'm assuming that is correct for a "No" Auto Stow.

I'm not sure that what you are seeing is correct. I've never seen it. Re-peaking on tilt I've seen a couple of times, but auto-stow should not come out of stow and refind the satellite, I don't think. It would defeat the safety aspects of stowing.

Until they get the software working correctly, I shut down the Datastorm Server service once I've passed isolation. That will prevent any unneeded stows.

Don...what I'm seeing is exactly what is happening. Auto stow and then refinding Satellite, peaking and ACP. Neither my wife or I we near the computer when this happened. We heard the dish stow, then refind etc.....twice in two days.

The first time was in a heavy rain storm. The second time the rain was very light.

Also today we moved. When re deploying, I got the message our dish was not calibrated....also a first. After a dish calibration (test) it was fine.

Go figure!!

Sorry if I made it sound like I didn't think it was happening, just that there should be, so far as I know, no way that it should. I would recommend that you report this directly to Motosat. Auto-stowing is one thing, but redeploying is another. Once down, it should stay down until you intervene.

I have experienced a similar situation as daffycanuck. I lost signal a few weeks ago and the system tried to repeak. Apparently the system had lost track of exactly where it was so it stowed, somewhat like a mini recalibration, and immediately started back up and locked on. I have only had it happen once.
