I called and had service suspended when my Power supply quit working. After I got a new (used) modem I had the service restarted. I was told to wait at least 1 hour before trying to log in. After 2 hours I could not get online. After I tried everything I could think of I ended up getting 4 lights on the modem but no System light. When I opened up HN7000S System Control Center I had a Signal Strength of 80 and the System Status light was Green. But there was still no System light on the Modem and I could not get online. I checked all the cables ran Re-registration, Registration - Installer, Force range rebooted the modem several times. I called Hughes and they were no help all they want to do is send out a Tech to my house in Colorado. When I travel I move the modem from the house to the RV with the MotoSat System. After giving up for the day I turned everything off to go do other things When I got back I turned the system back on & Bomm I had all 5 lights. Any I idea why I had 4 light with no System light but I got a Green System Status light. Also what did I do that got the system working or did it take Hufges that long to turn my service back on? Mike, How long was your service suspended? May have been long enough that your modem needed to pull in some changes to update itself that had to be completed before you could use it. Do you use the DSAdmin program Don wrote? If so, did it show you a green light (all OK) or a red light (something not in agreement between the modem and the D2)? Gary

I've seen that a couple of times and once it cleared it stayed working. Likely it is nothing wrong with your equipment.
