or trying to chat with tech support.

Has anyone had trouble emailing them? I had emailed them a couple days ago with a password problem and they gave me a new password and told me to change it when I log on. I log on using their password and it takes me to the change password screen but won't let me change, saying it's the wrong old password.

I've been trying to email them back, through their site, and all that happens is that the screen goes white, then nothing. I tried the chat feature and the same thing happened. I don't have a phone nearby and there is no cell phone reception so I need to get them by email.

Anybody else have anything like that happen?

If you have a pop up blocker enabled, try turning that feature off.

Thanks, I thought of that and turned it off, it isn't that. I'll try it again today.

I got to a phone and called tech support. He reset something again and now all is well.
