I just ran the hughesnet speed test several times and all of my results are similar. Latest transfer results are: Download- 97 kbps and uplaod- 65 kbps.
I pasted some info below, not sure what other info might help? Is this a Hughes issue most likely?

That appears to be a transient proxy error, and wouldn't account for consistent bad speeds. Try the exercise again with a green check in the top row.

Don, when I click the above link now, I see the same chart I was seeing yesterday, but it is blank now. There are no X's no Checks no nothing.

Yeah it was. It's been on for a bit now though. I just clicked the link and there is still a red X in the RTT row as well as the DNS Acceleration[N] row.
Here is the green check at the top of the column (Cabling antenna pointing) if I can post it. Nope, couldn't post it. When I click it a bunch of diagnostics come up.
