You antenna is good but Hughes is bad. Nothing you can do on your end other than call India and see if they can do anything.

If you go to http://192.168.0.1/cgi/execAdvCom.bin?Command=36&PrintMsg=Hourly%20History&IgnorePrintMsg=1 are there any red Xs? If so, when you click on one, what does the resulting page say (it is long)?

That appears to be a transient proxy error, and wouldn't account for consistent bad speeds. Try the exercise again with a green check in the top row.

Don, I did it again and clicked on the green check at the top, here is what I get:

Actually, I am unable to copy and paste it. I get a message when I try saying something about parenthesis in the HTML tag.

Aslo, this time when I went to that link there was also a red X in the 15* column, uplink queing row. I'll try to post that info below if I can.

Thanks again.

Yeah it was. It's been on for a bit now though. I just clicked the link and there is still a red X in the RTT row as well as the DNS Acceleration[N] row.

Here is the green check at the top of the column (Cabling antenna pointing) if I can post it. Nope, couldn't post it. When I click it a bunch of diagnostics come up.

Here is the red X info from the DNS acceleration(N):
