My signal dropped out about 6pm Eastern Time and is still down. Weather here is clear and 55. No moisture in the Horn. Anyone else having problems?

Been away from my system since your report. Now back at a little after 9 pm Eastern. No problem here at this time.

Thanks Herb... still can't get a signal above 20 so I guess I'll need to do some trouble shooting tomorrow.

Started out trouble shooting by scanning the heavens for another Satellite and can't get an RX value higher then 20. Climbed on the roof to check the connections at the mount and discovered that the plastic cover for the feed horn is gone. Don't have a clue how long it's been missing. Next step will be to replace the radio/lnb/feed horn assembly with my spare.

I replaced the radio/lnb/feed horn as a complete assembly with a spare I've been carrying around and everything is back working. It looks like the plastic lens that I replaced over a year ago completely disintegrated. Not sure when it happened. I'll remove the feed horn on the old assembly tomorrow and look for corrosion or damage on the interior of the LNB.

I removed the Feed Horn from the lnb/Buc assembly this morning. While the front plastic cover is missing the Rear Cover/seal is still intact. I could see some small specs of dirt on the rear cover but the 'Tunnel' to the BUC is dry and Clear of any debris. As I have no way to test the LNB or BUC, I'll seal them back up and keep as spare in case I have further problems.
