Can anyone explain the difference between Web Acceleration [N]and
Web Acceleration [I]and what are they? I realize that if red x’s appear in the current column, you have reduced or non-existent web browsing. DNS Acceleration [N]and DNS Acceleration [I]also appear on the Advanced Configuration and Statistics page of hourly history, I cannot find any explanations of any of the above terms.

Most of the internals of the Advanced pages are not documented anywhere publicly. I see that Greg over at dslreports gave you his guess that N was for Noc or Network, and I for internal or modem. Sounds as good as any guess.

I saw Greg's response, and I agree with him and you. Do not know why it is such a secret. Just thought I might be able to get another answer from other sources. This same question is posted on the new forum site HughesNetCommunity. It will be interesting to see if any of thier techs answer the question.
