Help...in storage since 10/11....back in coach 04/12....had upgrades done to TV system and equipment.....added a TV dish.it was done in Junction City/Innovative Coachworks..nothing was done with internet but birds on wire taken off,,,,,,now....we are unable to connect to internet.....have spoken with motosat and hughes/Real Time...........MOtosat says...maybe it is the Hughes Modem.....is there an installer in Ventura CA area??........if so do they have modems avail???or will we have to order one ?

Which controller? What version of software? When did you last update the Sat Table? How long since the modem was online?
If D3 or newer you will need to upgrade the Sat Table to attain a successful lock. You can find the table here on the forum.
