I called RTC today and enquired about my billing status. They said that when MotoSat sent them an excel spreadsheet with 1300 names, it was not complete.

I gave them my credit card number and they said that they would be billing for Feb, Mar, and April. They thanked me.

No sense of urgency at all. She mentioned that she was on her own in that department, but they did have in place a technical department that was fully functioning.

Let's see ... 2 months ... approx 40 business days .... 1300/40= 32.5 calls per day... or 4 per hour. They certainly can not be too concerned.
