It is unlikely that you actually do need to reload your software. If you did, yes that message refers to the 22.214.171.124 (which you could update to 126.96.36.199 if you actually do update.) I would suggest that you turn OFF the computer and unplug the modems for 5 minutes. Plug the modems in and then restart the computer. See if the problem has fixed itself.
