If we give our wep key to 5-7 other rv'ers parked near us, does it effect our fair access share?
Most of the people just want to check their email.

Your FAP is dependent on total volume, whether it is done by you, or by others. When I've shared a Hughes connection I've always just told them it is a limited one, and please don't download files or videos or similar. Never had anyone use a lot when told that.
