I get this all the time. Is my router going out. Plus its slow all the time. (The connection has timed out)

Timeout messages are lost packets. It could be anywhere between your computer and the server you are trying to get to. The most common cause is a router going south. I would directly connect my computer to the modem for a couple hours and see if the timeouts go away. If so, replacing the router is not too expensive these days.
