You can see on our signature line what euipment we have. It's totally not funtioning. We have spent time communicating via email with our installer, Bill Adams, and we can't get it working. At his suggestions comes this question. Is there anyone in our area who knows these things really well & is willing to make a housecall? Would appreciate ur help.

We should be coming through that area right after QZ as well assuming all current plans remain the same.
