Just moved from Wauchula to Orlando. Have blinking power light. Know that it not good. Have signal quality of 75 on OPI. Can not get power light to stop blinking. I have power cucled it several times, no go. I double checked my hook up at the antenna. I do get a steady power light until the LAN light comes on. If I try to do a Install/Registration when I select the satelitte I get a steady Tx, Rx, and LAN light with the blinking power light. Currently on the air card. Help!

You aren't going to believe this. I readjusted the antenna for better signal strength and went manual for ACP. Set the position using DSAT Tool and ran Install/Registration again while Power light was flashing. Finally, passed ACP and continued registration. After restart I have five lights and am on the internet with my system. I don't understand, must be smoke and mirror, or as my wife says, "PFM (Pure Frigg'n Magic)! When I went to the control center initially it said I was locked on to the wrong system, 99 west. Now I am not.

Your modem "lost its mind" - not too uncommon. It went to factory default, which is 99W, uncommissioned. When you recommissioned it you were back where you belonged.
