For the last month and a half, I can't cross pol on 117 with any transponders. I am on 1130 and have used the others also. I have to cross pol on 127 and come back to 117. I bought a new transmitter and power supply and that didn't help.
I am also thinking computer. When I upgraded to HN7000S, I couldn't cross pol on my computer and had to use my wife's computer. Now her's doesn't cross pol on 117 either.

While the computer shows the cross-pol results, the computer has nothing to do with the process, which is all done between the modem and the NOC.
The first question I would have is "Why are you running cross-pol?"

What is your location? Is the feedhorn clear? Is the aluminum behind the clear plastic shiny or whitish?

Dale, for at least 6 years now the modems have had a built-in "auto cross-pol" called revalidation that they will do on their own after a move.
If you are using antenna pointing you should be able to exit at any time. If you are using registration installer the recommendation would be to stop using it.
If, after using antenna pointing, the system light does not come up just do a force range.
Not having to run cross-pol means making sure that your skew is set correctly on a plumb pole.
There are tripod users here who have not done a cross-pol in years, and some have never done one!

Great!! I use your DSSatTool first of all. This will make it a lot easier. After 7 years of setting up a tripod most ever week, you taught an old dog a new trick.
