Can you give me more information on what you mean by "complete system"? Is the system on a tri-pod or does it need to be mounted on a stick house?

By complete system, I mean the dish is functional; with the DW7000 modem. The dish also includes a residential tripod.

What is confusing is that there is no such thing as a residential tripod. A normal residential dish would be installed on a roof on a "tri-mast" and bolted to the roof eaves. Or it might have been installed on a pole. Typically the dish and the modem are all that a home-user would have to sell. The cables are typically left stapled to the house.
Mobile users, on the other hand, use a large heavy duty tripod, which has been purpose built, or modified, to hold the large Internet dish. Other components of a "tripod system" might include a roll of dual cable, an Align-s-sight, an OPI meter, fine-tune elevation tool, instructions, compass, ground stakes, etc. etc...
These other items mean the difference of hundreds of dollars in additional components to make a system truly portable.

JK, Is the dish made of metal or fiberglass? Is the modem a model HN7000s, or a DW7000? Was this "system" installed on a building previously? Gary

I think the important missing item that Scott fails to mention is the offset adapter. Without this it's not going to work unless it is one of Dustyfoot's custom tripods which is certainly not mentioned in his post.

I didn't specifically mention an offset adapter, but Bill is correct, it is what I alluded to with "...a large heavy duty tripod, which has been purpose built, or modified..."
This system was residential mounted and is a metal dish. The modem is a DW7000.
