Yesterday at 10 AM the EtherSat service went down. Here at MotoSat we are trying to restore service and need those people who want to get their service restored to call in and give us some information like their serial number, please have your serial number ready and call Chad Scott Franco or myself at extensions 369, 355, 376, 350. You may dial directly by preceding those numbers with 801-478-8xxx. Be sure to mention if you are a firefighter or other first responder in service at this time. john

There is no answer at all four extensions. I'm afraid this may not get corrected until Monday. John, if you need more information than the serial number can you please indicate here what is required so that we can email it to you guys?

Is anyone using the isat program on windows 7? It will not connect to the modem unless I use a cross connect cable then the program sees the modem but will not allow a login. Can a option file be loaded via telnet?
