I got an invoice in the mail form LBISat along with a cover letter saying that MotoSAT has assigned their iDirect accounts over to LBISat for service and support.

Since I have never paid for my iDirect account, and used it very sparingly, I've decided not to continue with the account and told them to turn it off.

After making that decision I am thinking that I might as well sell my XF-3, and I will post in the Marketplace section once I figure out how to price it.

Did they bill you for the Hughes connection as well?

I suspended my Hughes account as of 4/1/12. I had to call RTC so they could bill me for 2/12 and 3/12 despite requesting that MotoSAT not send the CC info and suspend my service as of 3/1/12. It's a real mess.
As of today it appears that RTC will charge everyone the $79.99/month but not pay the dealers residuals (about $8/month) which would generate a very large profit for RTC. Maybe the will pay residuals or maybe they will drop the excess charge. Only time will tell.
If they pay the residual we will still be available to our customers. If they don't pay the residual and don't reduce the monthly charges we will become very vocal, very quickly suggesting that former MotoSAT customers who are now being overcharged move their service elsewhere.

No. Back at the beginning I informed RTC that my account had been paid by Motosat, and they said they would continue to cover it for now, with the option to re-evaluate in the future.
