Don, is it possible to adapt the program to use European Satellites? I like to enter my Eutelsat on 10 East. I tried entering 350 degrees but am not allowed to enter above 180 degrees.

Is there an utility to enter both the LAT/LON for the DW6000 and submit these coordinates to the map? If not, is it an idea. Then I don't have to copy and paste.

Hum, wouldn't that be 10 degrees East? Or just -10 degrees?

This is the first request I've had to include eastern hemisphere - I didn't make the program do it because it adds some complications. I'll think about it.

None of the utilities do both modem and map because the modem is only 1 minute precision, while the maps are much more precise.

Don, I'll wait and see if you can adapt it for European use.

Is'n it possible to enter the GPS info including the seconds and then round to minutes before uploading to the modem? No I have to enter twice, once with and once without seconds.

Possible? Yes. I'm dis-inclined to do it, however. The typical user of DSSatTool is in the US, using zip codes for updating the modem location. If there was a map submission function it would just encourage inaccurate values being passed along.

Why are you updating location manually if you have a Datastorm?

No problem Don.
Normally I use my F1 and don't have to do anything but pushing the button.
Last holidays however I had my portable Dish with me and had to enter the data manually. That's when this question came up.
