Every once in awhile I get a system where 4 is too sensitive and 5 is not enough Today was another one of those! Ron - If you are monitoring this then PLEASE increase the control of the signal trigger. We need ½ steps or better.

I think you might be able to get a 1/2 step if you adjust the trigger filter up or down along with the signal trigger. I think this only exists in 3.9.5 and higher but it may be worth a try. The other thing I have found is that if the sensitivity is too high/low in one version of software a new version can will often resolve that problem be it newer or older.
