My HN7000S updated to 5.6.1.35 overnight, and as usual it was necessary to edit _modem_HN7000S.pm to make hnFAPmon work again.
The command number has not changed (71) from 5.6.1.19, so just changing 19 to 35 was all that was needed. Stop/Start the hnFAPmon service (not the client) and everything is normal.
