About a year ago I installed a new transmitter. The error rate was 50- 1,mill transmission packets. Lately the error rate has slowly increased to about 1%. The receive signal strength is excellent and it has not changed. Q. Is this normal? is there anything I can do to lower the transmission error rate?

First thing I would try is to run a good coax from the back of the modem directly to the transmitter and repeak and force range and look at your ranging results.

Thanks John. The ranging results are perfect and I am getting the best rate available.
