I use DSSattool / antenna pointing when I move so a recent need to run registration - installer posed a new wrinkle. I was asked for san & pin or site id which I have but it wanted a URL address for registation. It had http// and then a space. I tried entering my site id - no go. I tried just clicking next, but was thrown off registration after the second try.

Does anyone know The URL or where to find it?

The registration URL should have been provided by the modem, because it is part of the config file.

So, the first thing I would do is to make sure you have the latest config file loaded. Instructions on getting the latest file and installing it are in the first forum here (Reference Material). Note that the file is in text form, so the URL is readable if you end up having to do it manually.

Thanks Don, I had loaded the latest cfg file but no address came up. Did open cfg and was able to find URL for next time.

Where do I find the config file to find the URL on the modem?
