Beaudry RV is a great choice - I just signed us up! We have a little experience with Beaudry RV since that is where we met Bill and Janet Adams for a modem upgrade and router install last November. Nice park and well located for all kinds of activities. Really looking forward to the event! It provides a much needed learning experience and a chance to meet the experts and other datastormers that post on the forum. See you there !!

The average temp. in Tucson in October is 70.4 degrees with an average of only 9 days during the month exceeding 90 and none dropping below 32 in the evening. Check it out at http://www.cityrating.com/cityweather.asp?city=Tucson

I checked back and I see that the rally was $79/person last year plus the daily camping fee (in this case paid to Beaudry). I think this included 300-400 meals and enough tech. talk to turn your brain to jelly! MotoSAT was fully staffed and all repairs and updates were performed at no charge to the attendees. I understand that MotoSAT even extended each participants factory warranty by one additional year. Think you can find value in something like that?

The Rally Committee is working diligently to establish the rally fee for the 2007 Rally in Tucson. We have just received bids for the meals which is the primarily cost of the rally. Because of location and this rally being the longest DataStorm rally ever, the cost will definitely rise, but should still be on the low side for a rally of this length.
Stay tuned!!

Larry: At the top of the page, under the DataStorm "logo", you will find two tabs, "Rally Info", and "Rally Attendance". The "Rally Info" tab takes you to an information page about this years, and past years, rallies. The "Rally Attendance" tab is for registering yourself with the Rally Committee. You must contact the Beaudry resort directly to actually make your camping reservation and their phone number is on the "Rally Info" tab.

The Rally Committee should have a additional information and a Rally Registration Form available in the next few weeks. At this point, making reservations with Beaudry and adding yourself to the list Wayne mentioned are the key items to help with rally planning.
