I've fielded a handful of questions about registration and where things will be. If anyone else here at the rally has unanswered questions, feel free to ask any of the rally committee members.
Registration: Check-in and get your registration packets between Noon and 5 pm on Sunday. This will be in the Tradewinds and Monaco rooms, at the southern end of the office building. You can get to them from the south end of the building, or down the hall from the RV Park registration desk.
This is also where you will have the first opportunity to sign up for tech support.
Meal and Seminar locations: All meals, as well as all technical sessions, will be in the Beaudry Event Center. This is the largest building on the property, green in color. It is NOT the conference center that is behind the office. You get to the Event Center by heading towards the RV Sales lots then turning right. A map will be in the registration packet.
Sessions that are identified as "Spouse" sessions will be held in the patio area that is in the office complex, with an entrance off the RV Park office lobby.
Sunday evening Potluck: This will start at 5:30 in the Event Center. Details in the registration packet.
It is recommended that you make it a habit to check here a couple of times per day during the rally in case we need to broadcast any unanticipated changes!
